General information

Welcome to Helle Skaarup Studio website. These terms and conditions apply to any purchase made from helleskaarupstudio.com. When placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Orders

 

Once you have purchased an order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. The order is not binding until it is approved by Helle Skaarup. You will receive a confirmation by email. If for any reason Helle Skaarup is unable to fullfill your order, you will be informed at the earliest possible. If Helle Skaarup has already received payment for such order, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same method used to make the payment. If for any reason, alternative arrangemenst are necessary, you will be contacted to settle the refund.

 

Prices and payment

 

All prices are indicated in DKK or EUR and 5% Danish sales(artist) tax/VAT is included. Delivery charge or local customs fee , tax and duties are not included. Please note that if your order is placed outside the EU you may not have to pay the Danish VAT/tax, which could be refunded from the Danish authorities, but you may have to pay additional customs fee, tax and duties in the country of destination. Helle Skaarup is not responsible for these fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delievery. Please be advised that it is your responsebility to pay these extra charges and to get the refund of the Danish sales tax/VAT from the Danish authorities.

 

Colour and shape

 

All pieces are made by hand by Helle Skaarup in Aarhus, Denmark. Each piece is carefully created and is one of a kind. By its nature, it is imperfect and unique. Not two pieces are exactly the same and small variations in shape, colour and finish will occur between pieces.

 

Care and use

 

You can machine wash all textile pieces  on gentle settings and lowest spin possible 400. No tumbledry. Flat dry is recommended.

 

Defects and complaints

 

Please verify the package and content upon receipt. In case of damaged items in transit, please email hs@helleskaarupstudio.com within 24 hours of receiving the package with attached evidence photos. In case of a complaint or an order not delievered, please contact hs@helleskaarupstudio.com
