Refund policy

Private commissions and made to order pieces can not be returned or refunded.

Framed pieces in stock can be returned. Return of your purchase may be within 14 days of receiving a piece purchased directly from helleskaarupstudio.com. If you wish to return a piece, it must be undamaged, unused and clean. Please e-mail hs@helleskaarupstudio.com before sending your piece back to confirm you are doing so. If you regret your purchase, please send to: Helle Skaarup, Carl Jensens Vej 8 8260 Viby, Denmark.

Please inform your tracking number of your shipping by e-mail to hs@helleskaarupstudio.com. You must return the item in the original packing. You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You carry the risk of the package yourself until it is received by Helle Skaarup. The costs associated with the return will be covered by you. The item must be shipped no later than 14 days after you have received the item. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase.
